ADHD and Grounding

Most people know what it feels like when there are 1000s of thoughts running around in your head. It is almost a normal feeling in our very busy lives, but not that pleasant. There is a simple solution – learn to ground and feel connected to the earth. It is a simple technique, used by anyone doing Yoga, many martial arts, horse riding etc. When you drop into your body you will feel less confusion and can get more focused.
