Putting together a few requests about losing weight I have started this blog about how you can use the power of your mind, no dieting products etc, just using your thinking

  • Here are a couple of simple things. When you feel hungry, first get grounded – most of you will know that ungrounded feels like when you are very busy and rushing about. Grounded is the opposite, firmly connected to the planet. (if you want to help with this join the IHL and join our free teleclass on Thurs 24th Feb). Now check whether it is hunger or thirst; people often get the 2 signals muddled up, especially when they are ungrounded. So drink a glass of water and see if you can just lose the desire to eat. This is a great first step.
