The latest scientific research shows you have three brains! You have complex, adaptive and fully functional neural networks or ‘brains’ in your heart, your gut and your head.

Created by Grant Soosalu and Marvin Oka. Much of their extensive research can be found at www.mbraining.com.

mBraining coaches you in aligning your three brains to achieve greater wisdom, success and happiness in a world of massive change. In essence, each of our brains has a competency that is its ‘highest expression‘ and that the three brains, when operating via these competencies, produce synergistic effects and bring greater wisdom to decision making, relationships and life. The highest expressions are Compassion (heart), Creativity (head) and Courage (gut). When all three work together they produce amazing results!

The book: mBraining: Using your Multiple Brains to do Cool Stuff

Grant Soosalu & Marvin Oka. 2012.

In this groundbreaking book, you’ll discover the latest neuroscience findings about your multiple brains (head, heart and gut brains) and what they have to offer for increasing intuitive abilities and for immediately generating wiser decision-making in your daily life. Providing you with numerous practical and easy to learn methods, this book shows how to communicate with and tap into the innate intelligence of your multiple brains.

This is not a popular science book, nor is it a typical self-help book. This is a book that both breaks new ground as well as complementing many other spiritual and self-development practices. In this book, you’ll learn the process of mBraining’ - the process of aligning and harnessing the power of your multiple brains. The suite of practical methods it provides is part of an amazing new field called ‘mBIT’ – multiple Brain Integration Techniques.

“mBraining extends notions of both brain and mind. Steven Pinker famously says

that ‘the mind is what the brain does’.Oka and Soosalu suggest that a greater

mind is a function of a greater brain, that comprising head, heart, and hara.”

Stephen Elliott, Author and Life Scientist, COHERENCE, USA

mBIT Coach Certification Training programmes for 2016 take place in the Midlands. We are seeing a significant increase in the interest levels in mBIT /mBraining as word is spreading about the effectiveness of this new coaching model.

A number of you will have seen Marvin Oka at the NLP Conference in London last November speak about mBraining and will recall the buzz in the room when he had finished. If you didn’t see him, it was amazing! Daksha had the pleasure of interviewing Grant Soosalu (co-developer of mBraining) when he was in the UK earlier in the year. See a recording of this interview at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nbILRTj3CO8

So, if you would like to learn more about mBraining and become a licensed mBIT Coach, why not come along for an adventure with us to learn all about your multiple brains and how you can use them to align yourself to experience the emergent wisdom that resides within you?

Overview of mBraining:  mBIT Coaching Brochure

Trainer Suzanne Henwood’s web-site mbraining4success.com has a free ebook there.

10 years ago, I had a close call with death, through Peritonitis, undiagnosed for 4 days, whilst I went completely toxic.  Recovery from the operation and thorough clean-out left me with all sorts of pains that randomly moved around my body, anywhere from my waist down.  Being a health coach I had tried all manner of healing that had all helped in some part but not completely.

On mBIT training in Birmingham 2015, a tremendous pain increased in intensity mainly in my liver.  It spread to my heart and down into my hip, as a diagonal.  My hip and liver pain I had had before but the heart was new.  This was day 1 and by this time I was in so much pain I can hardly remain seated, with tears rolling down my face.  Trying all my usual skills nothing enabled me to release it, by this time I knew clearly it was a sword, no doubt from a past life experience.  Suzanne reminder me continually to get back into balanced breathing; I think I had stopped breathing!

Once breathing I got the message that the extensive abdominal operation had triggered the muscle memory from the sword. Once I had that learning the pain started to vanish quite quickly.  Within half an hour it was gone.  The second day of the programme seemed to start to reconnect me, this is the only way I can explain it.

For the next couple of days pains came and went as my whole system reset itself.  The most noticeable was the feeling of having blisters on the underside of my diaphragm, from where I suspected a lot of the toxins from Peritonitis had not been cleared.  I had never had that diaphragm sensation before or after.  Since this time balanced breathing has become easier and a fantastic enabler to releasing pain.  I am still working on some pain remnants in my legs and feet.

I am confident that my abdomen cavity has at last healed, after 10 years,  I can get out of bed without chronic pain, my back is flexible, no liver pain and my digestion improved. I also remembered that after the operation, I had instantly become knife phobic and just put it down to the operation.  With the release of the sword this too has gone.

Thank you mBIT training, Suzanne and Grant.
